Residential Design Projects
My residential design projects have all been completed in my first year. All throughout those projects I did my best to create creative, sustainable and comfortable houses. Moreover, I have been able to develop my creativity along with my problem solving skills while working on these projects.

The Beach House
(June 2019)
A welcoming, family haven for relaxing, unwinding and enjoying a sea change. Consisting of a spacious, open plan family area, master bedroom, children’s bedroom, a shared bathroom, powder room and laundry, everything you need is right here! The flowing outdoor area is perfect for family fun and entertainment, and just a few steps from the beach.
This design was completed using a
range of software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop and Lumion.

The Two-Storey House
(November 2019)
A sustainable and energy efficient two-storey house in the popular suburb of Mont Albert North. This family home provides everything a large family needs, with the added perks of low-cost bills, thanks to the implementation of a passive solar design and cross ventilation principles. The interiors have an airy feel on account of the wide void over the living area, whilst the outdoor and balcony areas offer a generous and inviting space for family gatherings.
The design was completed using a range of software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop and Lumion.
