Commercial Design Projects
Created during my second year of studies, these two commercial projects have been developed with a greater knowledge of the current legislation and using a wider range of software.

The Clarendon Street Project
(June 2020)
Located on the corner of Clarendon Street and Dorcas Street, this commercial establishment is at the center of attention. It is a combination of an industrial style plumbing showroom and a warm, welcoming architectural office topped up with a relaxing rooftop area where everyone can meet up for a drink. Its huge windows on the ground floor are also a great advantage to this new establishment as it helps showcase the gorgeous showroom.
The design was completed using a range of software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop and Lumion.

The CLT Project
(August 2020)
The CLT Project is a mixed-use building which consists of 1 commercial floor, 7 residential floors and 2 underground parking level. The construction consists of 7 levels of CLT Panel Structure which will be supported by three levels of concrete structure (ground floor and basement levels).
The project was completed using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop and Lumion.
